Help Desk
Help Desk is occupied with providing technical assistance for the users of terminals with payment, prepaid and other applications. Currently, we provide assistance for ten to twenty devices manufactured by VeriFone, Bull, Dionica, Sagem, Lipman (now VeriFone) and Spectra.
We process approximately 4000 applications a month. Half of the applications are submitted per telephone, the other part via electronic mail. We use original information technology system to process the applications. We can provide services for different customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We place the main emphasis on maximal shortening of the time the customer has to wait for assistance. We are able to ensure the demanded response time according to customers’ expectations. Due to the employment of competent staff and continuous training process, the decided majority of the problems with devices are solved per telephone.
