On 18 June 2007 in the Ministry of Economy during a celebration organized by Polskie Towarzystwo Handlowe Sp. z o.o. under the aegis of i.a. Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of National Education, the company Dasoft S.A. was granted EUROPRODUKT statuette for Nemo-Q Queuing System.

Europrodukt title is a prestigious distinction constituting not only a perfect brand promotion but is also a confirmation of high quality and adjustment to the European standards. The aim of this all-Poland competition is to enhance the position of national products and services in the international arena. The honourable Europrodukt name is granted to Polish products, services and initiatives supporting native enterprise.

This was the 12th edition of the competition and the prizes awarded are a distinction for the companies possessing original offer aiming at providing a customer with comprehensive services in all fields of operation, meeting the expectations of the European and world’s markets. Europrodukt title is a prestigious distinction constituting not only brand promotion but also “a ticket” to the demanding market of the European Union.

The Nemo-Q Queuing System awarded in the competition is a modern system to manage customer traffic which radically enhances the quality of customer service. This tool eliminates stressogenic situations and tensions occurring often when waiting in “traditional” queues. At the same time, this is one of the most modern manager solutions with respect to the efficiency measurement and simulation of critical situations within the scope of widely understood customer service.
